General Terms

Commissioned work is for personal and private use only.You may post commissioned work on your social media pages, but please credit me when doing so.As the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork, including the right to share it on my social media platforms and use it in my portfolio. If you want to keep commissioned work private, please discuss that with me beforehand!I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.I do not accept refunds or chargebacks. If you attempt to file a chargeback against me, you forfeit any right to the commissioned work and I maintain the right to sell the artwork to anyone I wish in any way I see fit.In the case that you have not yet sent payment and I have not yet begun working on it, you may discuss canceling a commission.Please provide a clear reference image of the character(s) and a reference image/clear description of the pose and expression you’d like.Please fill out and submit the Google form linked on the home page once you're ready to order a commission from me. Once I've received your order, further communication will take place through email where I will send you the estimated quote!Please do not:
- Claim my work as your own
- Use my work for NFT or AI purposes in any capacity
- Create merchandise with my work.
- Use commissioned work for commercial purposes.

Payment & Process

If the total is below $80 USD, the client is expected to pay in full upon me accepting their commission.
If the total exceeds $80 USD, the client has the option of either paying in full upon me accepting their commission, or paying a 50% downpayment upon me accepting their commission. The final 50% of the total will be paid once I’ve completed and confirmed the sketch with the client.
I will not begin work on a commission without a downpayment, and I will not continue work beyond a sketch until I've received my full payment upon confirming the sketch with the client.I currently accept payment solely through Paypal and Cashapp.I will send you WIP (work in progress) updates at the sketch, line art, coloring & rendering stages of the illustration.
During the sketch stage, you may request any adjustments to poses, expressions, outfits, etc.
*I will not make any major adjustments once the lineart is completed.
Adjustments to colors are available at any point if deemed necessary.Once commissioned work is complete, you may request minor adjustments for a small fee. (The availability of some adjustments may depend on their complexity.)The timeframe of completion can depend on several factors, including but not limited to; the complexity and level of detail of the commission, my current workload and available free time, etc. The timelines below serve as a general guide to how long receiving your commission will take from start to finish, but are subject to change due to the general uncertainty of life. Please keep in mind that I am only one human being!!

Headshots/Busts/Single Character: 2 weeks to a month.
Character pages: 3 weeks to a month.If you would like your commission completed by a certain deadline, please let me know in advance. (A rush fee may apply.)If I must extend the deadline for any reason, I will let you know as soon as possible!
